I chanced upon a method to reduce hair loss via the internet recently. The method is to rub finger nails against one another. If you find this method to stop hair loss a bit unconventional, there seems to be some scientific proof: as according to the literature I read, rubbing finger nails against one another seems to stimulate the production of keratin which may help to grow some hair. I was shocked to see many strands of hair fallen during shampooing this evening. Though I feel that my scalp does not itch any more using the Clear shampoo, I was surprised at today's hair loss during shampooing. I hope that this hair loss will not be frequent. My first post on this Hair Loss Diary will touch on the Hair Loss shampoo which I am using now to prevent or reduce my hair loss. Clear has come out with a new shampoo called anti-hair fall and anti dandruff shampoo for men. Most of the shampoos in the market are either anti-hair fall or anti dandruff but not both; hence I think for hair loss victims, this shampoo is a  unique combination offering hair loss sufferers who suffer from dandruff too a best of both worlds kind of shampoo.

I think it is getting more and more common these days to see more men and women in their youth or some even as young as in secondary school with thinning hair and balding spots on their scalp every time we walk on the streets. This begs the question: why more and more young Singaporeans lose hair?
